The expert was saying on how Aiba’s metabolism rate is considered high if his weight is to be taken into account. Then he explained that one possible reason is that Aiba’s body has very little fats and he added
“Though I had not been able to carefully look at Aiba’s body.”
Everyone burst out laughing and the caption wrote “Wants to see?”. You also have Aiba doing the action of trying to show him (as in 3rd pic). The other two who were there said “Don’t laugh there by yourself, it becomes suspicious!”

This is so cute! And damn you Aiba, you were seducing us as well by trying to open your shirt haha and that expert’s eyes were locked on Aiba when Aiba was trying to unbutton his shirt xDD
